This newly built 1,900-square-foot steel-frame house features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We built expansive outdoor living areas with over 2,600 square feet of diverse patios. Set on 10 private acres with endless boulder views, the home includes a 38' x 12' pool with loungers, a built-in propane fire pit, hot tub, meditation and yoga deck, and a custom outdoor BBQ kitchen. Two master suites offer both indoor and outdoor showers, while a pergola with motorized shades, built-in outdoor heaters, and multiple dining and lounge areas extend the living space seamlessly into the desert landscape.

This full renovation transformed a modest 2-bedroom, 1-bath desert home into a refreshed and functional retreat. We added a second bathroom, introduced clean lines and modern surfaces, and opened up the floor plan to enhance natural light and flow. Unnecessary structures were removed to create space for new patios and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas.

The project highlights a wide range of custom elements—from built-in furniture and multiple decks to a hot tub, dual outdoor showers, a sunken hammock lounge, and a custom porch swing—demonstrating our versatility in executing distinctive design visions.

The Casita is a new structure of 976 square feet with 2 bedrooms with slider doors and big window openings, en-suite bathrooms with plastered walls, and customized kitchen/ dining and living room shelfing and furniture. Following a minimalist Scandinavian design, the house is wrapped in a shingle façade that contours to its structure.

This 2,000-square-foot new construction features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, built with a focus on clean lines, premium materials, and modern desert design. The east-facing exterior is clad in a custom shingle façade, adding texture and visual interest to the structure. The home includes a large, covered patio for outdoor dining and lounging, with oversized window openings to maximize natural light and views. A continuous hardscape patio wraps around the structure, connecting multiple exterior living zones. Outdoor amenities include a built-in hot tub, two outdoor showers, a painted cowboy tub, propane BBQ, EV charging station, and a covered two-car carport.

This 1,670-square-foot custom home includes 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed with a focus on seamless indoor-outdoor living. The highlight of the property is its expansive 3,000-square-foot outdoor space, featuring a large, covered patio with a custom-built fire pit, full outdoor kitchen, and generous lounge and dining areas. A 36' x 12' pool anchors the space, framed by a striking architectural metal structure that adds both shade and dramatic visual impact. This project exemplifies high-level craftsmanship and bold design integration.

A simple 1-bedroom house and a garage were connected via a glass hallway into one big home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to host family members and guests. We created multiple outdoor patios and build a wooden deck for the hot tub and integrated the two containers that came with the house into the concept.

Originally a simple 1952 homestead cabin, the home has been transformed into a modern hacienda with a bigger floor plan. The renovation preserved its desert roots while bringing in clean lines, high-end materials, and contemporary comfort. We also added an elevated concrete platform with a fire pit which can be used as a meditation and yoga deck.
Bolder House
Remodel, Joshua Tree
An original 2-bedroom and 1 bath home was converted into a 3-bedroom and 2 baths house. In addition, we added a sleek 30 x 10 ft pool with integrated hot tub that stretches out in front of a towering boulder wall. It is surrounded by an expansive concrete patio with a customized fire pit and a pergola.
